Cooking Chronicles: Fried Chicken

zumisumiYesterday I cooked fried chicken. And it was scary @.@ I felt like I was in a battlefield. With the tongs as my weapon and a pot cover as my shield, I engaged in a long and heroic battle with the almighty Cooking Oil in order to save my beloved Fried Chickens!
Waiting for the right moment to strike, I kept my distance and watched my enemy. And just when I thought that the enemy has lowered its guard, I approached it with haste. But alas, my inexperienced-self did not foresee that the enemy was just bluffing and was actually waiting for me to approach so that it can launch a surprise attack! TT_____TT Because I was too lax, my enemy's attack managed to bypass my shield and landed a critical hit on me (#_<) Injured, I had to temporarily leave the battlefield to treat myself with some magical ice. Everything was fine, until I went back and to my horror, my Fried Chickens are almost dying! With little care for my safety, I rushed to my Fried Chickens' side and ignored the prickling attacks I was receiving. Until at last. At Last! I was able to save the near-dead-but-still-alive-and-edible Fried Chickens! In the end, everything went better than expected XDDDD
