(no subject)

Because I created a new LJ account, I decided I should visit my previous one and read my old posts. I'm quite surprised and amused of the things that I posted there, especially the poems. There are some crazy ones, some decent (?) ones and some about love. Yeah, love. I don't know what I was smoking back then to write a bunch of poems about love. And most of them were done in high school, the time when I don't have any contact with boys other than my relatives. So I can't really imagine how I was able to churn those stuff out of my brain. And I'm quite impressed. I realized that you don't even have to know what "love" feels like to write poems about it. Because you know, love is just something that is conceived by the brain. So maybe if you think real hard about it and if you get ideas from other people, it would be quite easy to write about it. Although, of course, it wouldn't be that great. And because I was highly amused of those love poems (if you can even call them love poems) I decided to write one! Although it's not about blatant love... Anyway, here goes nothing

I'm not gonna wish on 11:11
I'm not gonna wish on a shooting star
I'm not gonna wish on a wishing feather
Nor on a genie in a lamp

Because the only one that can grant my wish
Is you and only you
So I'm gonna ask you directly
Will you be with me forevermore?

 

Hehe :> Maybe I should replace the last line with "Will you give me food?" Yeah, that seems more appropriate XD
